We will require: |
1. Within 30 days of receipt of the check, written acknowledgement specifying the amount of the grant and stating that "No goods or services were provided by (your organization) in consideration of this award." |
2. Either within 1 year or when the project is finished, a "Completion Letter" stating: A. The date and amount of the grant check B. The purpose of the grant (as previously stated on your application) C. A statement that 100% of the grant money was spent for the stated purpose D. A statement about the success of the project |
